How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.

I don't know if it works for Steam users, but for people that are curious about whether the one hit kill cheat table works for the GOG version, it works but it stopped my level from progressing and made skill training buggy. Disabling the cheat returned my game to normal.
