why not verify the github repos or using an online judge let members who solve the programming problems in?

It's like every other post in this topic that already clearly states, there is a Discord channel but it's for supporters and table makers only.

I apologize for my bad English, and this is just a suggestion for prevent haters join the Discord server.
The “credit certification” I mean is process of how to determine whether someone want to join Discord server is trusted (non-hater).
As I said, it's a joke because it'll be difficult to implement the feature since it'll need Discord API to generate an one-time use limited time invite link, some developer must spare time to do it and the automatic verification itself.
Haters won't participate in community open source project so they don't have a github repository, haters don't do programming neither know how cheats works, haters don't donate so the Discord server is opened for supporters.

We still have a channel but it's restricted to staff/talents and donators. Figured the people this involved in cheat engine would be the last people to report us and it's worked well so far.

Avid CE user here, moderate/mediocre skills pointers, AOB, basic searches. How can I get in on this discord? Talking about CE in "other games" discords has penalized me so I'd prefer a CE to CE user's discord.

Like the post you quoted said, become an active member on the forum and get to the point of a Talent, Table Maker, or Donator group.

It baffles me people would report the discord server for memory manipulation for video games and get taken down, while discords with petabytes of dubious porn on them don't get taken down.

It is some asshole reporting us NOT discord finding out because we were some massive server. It doesn't matter what you name it as long as that asshole reports it and Discord is against single player cheating, you're toast.
