ok what is the process? because awhile back someone warned everyone NOT to put all the royal arms in our inventory because it will set off a flag later in the game and stop progression. I actually JUST beat titan. so how do i give myself the founder king sigil?
As long as you've cleared Titan you can go ahead and use DrummerIX's Override Shop ID table to give yourself the remaining Royal Arms and the Founder King Sigil.
One thing to make sure of just to be safe is that you actually have all 13 arms before activating Armiger Unleashed, as unlike the regular Armiger its designed only to work when you have them all whereas the regular Armiger can be activated without having all the weapons and it will accurately reflect which ones you do have.
As always, back up your save in case something goes wrong down the line.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

ok i gave myself the accessory and it worked. I just havent given myself all the royal arms because I heard in an older post that it sets a flag off and stops progression in the game later on. If you know if this has been fixed let me know please
Enable at title screen.
Load
Check gear menu - if the names are invisible, save in a new slot and reload that save.
NOTE: The game will remove locked stuff like noodle, kings knight etc when you load the game without this enabled. The only non-hardlocked outfits it doesn't remove are AC outfit, thermal suit, and outfits you can get ingame already.
Update 4: Added option to load 'illegal' outfits. They will reset upon reload if disable (except Episode gear if you've cleared them). Removed outfits that turn you invisible. Update 3: Alternate version if file #2 does not work. Update 2: Fixed disable part. Oops. Update 1: Removed some outfits just as I uploaded. Will re-add them in a minute.
Have you managed to find the "Fashion Collection" outfits at all? They're shirts for Noctis with each of the guys on them. It was the Steam pre-order bonus. I ordered from GMG, which is a Steam key, but I still didn't get it. Which is bull. It was still pre-ordered and pre-loaded through Steam. Greedy pricks.
Edit: Has anyone compiled an item ID list yet from the spreadsheet? There are a lot of things not currently in the Shop Override. Is there a way to find the IDs from the spreadsheet?
The debug menu command add everything, but i need to find a way to read the current costume_id or something to add them to the list in the costume table.
Did someone found location/pointer to all Attires we currently have ? From that i should be able to list ALL attires in the game.
Edit : Found it, i will try to make a list of all costume added via the debug menu (without any duplicate/not working)
For some reason I am missing multiple outfits for Galdio, Prompto and Iggy, Specifcally the chamberlain ones. I completed the game and still do not have them. Also the outfit scripts could not even fix this issue for me. Help!
Those aren't outfits. My table has all of the ones available in the game.

I fixed the thing preventing from loading, it does work now, but there is a few costume i was able to get from the debug menu command than are not here
The codex version can just use the debug menu -> world map -> get item -> attire.
Have you managed to find the "Fashion Collection" outfits at all? They're shirts for Noctis with each of the guys on them. It was the Steam pre-order bonus.
You mean the episode ones with their faces and Episode X on them? You get those from the start. Steam preorder was only the Half-Life suit and the crowbar. If it's "COMRADES Tee" and you don't get it from the start, tell me. I already had it before starting my table so no clue if you need to complete Comrades for it.

But... he is an adult in chapter 15 . You mean in Lucis and Altissia? I'm working on that right now. It's not easy to find the model ID's. :< It might be a gamestate flag.
