Did somebody tested the SV Coins? I tried it but always the turns back to that you real have.
They are server sided, it has already been discussed: they cannot be edited.
However, Base Digs timers can be skipped with speedhack and Support Defender can be added to your inventory; functionalities that normally require SV coins.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

I found it in the scrips as well, but in the scrpis it didnt work.
But when i activate it, server dont can conect or crash xD

I think you can only do the digger timer in the SP portion, not Co-op.

The Speed-Hack is a bit wonky when it comes to Survive, to say the least. I personally wouldn't recommended using it, since it often seems to cause your game to get stuck in a loop of being unable to connect to the server.
Whilst some of us, myself included, have been able to stop said loop and continue playing our game, a few others have had a more difficult time, hence why I wouldn't recommend it.

"Digger Timer = 0" doesnt refer to the timers between the waves I believe.
It refers to the timers of the waves themselves. Eg you activate Digger Timer = 0, and then the wave instantly ends.
The timer between waves for Base Digs is somewhat server sided I believe, hence why the game throws server errors when you try to speed it up
