i'm scanning between thousands in 4byte, but i can't seem to narrow down the address. is there anything more to it?
It is 4byte. Just in the thousand's range. What you see on screen X 1xxx .-.

i'm sorry i'm not sure i quite understand. it's the number on screen x1000? so for example if it's at 5000 then it's 5000000 in the 4byte?
If you went for exact value search, you wont find it. But if you use a range search, you'll find it. Then afterwards, while its running, search for Increased in value.

i'm looking for it by searching within 1000 (if it's at 23xx i look 2000 - 3000) and end up with no addresses after 3ish searches

ingame it says 1000. In cheat engine, you search 1000xxx

Figured out how the numbers worked, also noticed the address is static so you can farm S ranks fairly easily.
also, you can search for time by doing float search and searching the time in seconds and as soon as you set your iris energy to S rank, set the time to 1 and finish it in 5 seconds.

You don't even need to do that much, you just need to set the Iris value to S rank levels and go to the wormhole driller and click withdraw. You still get all the rewards anyways.

Or you know, you use a value in between... search, min and maxing, since the last 3 digits of the Iris Energy search is randomly from 000 to 999.
