Yes, I would like to hear if it starts working later in the game, you can also try changing 3rd offset in any of the pointers with a value of 98 to 3F8 and see if that helps. I'll also try to run through the game from the beginning to see if it'll suddenly start working.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Got the skill table provided by @qweasdzxc17 updated to 1.2.1. Everything works fine for me but need confirmation from others.

However, this does not. All pointers are ??, even after loading and spending points. They do not update.

make sure ur actually running 1.2.1 and not 1.2 as most not so very legal sites only have update 1.2 not 1.2.1

Update. Ikaruga's table does work, however, and this might be on my end, the values seem irrelevant as you cannot add those skill points to anything.

Same here. I think it has to do with the injury effects like bleeding. I ran to save that Teresa chick and ended having to fight four guys, then died even with frozen health.

I hope someone can figure out attack power or damage. Even with full strength it still takes forever to win that first boxing match with the debtor. This is ridiculous how long combat takes. I'm praying for a one hit attack/kill.

How would you go about changing the offset? I'm not sure how to do that. Is it when you just double click the address and change the 98 to 3F8? Because that doesn't do anything. I'm testing out the codes and it seems like they work during the first quest, then break once you hit "Run" and then only start working again at "Skins" I'd like to have them working between them though.
