Heroes of Might and Magic 3: Horn of the Abyss with HD Mod

I'm playing Heroes of Might and Magic 3 [Link] using Horn of the Abyss [Link] and the HD Mod[Link].
I previously used the HD Mod table from this thread viewtopic.php?t=2805 but it seems that Horn of the Abyss breaks it.
