A little late considering the game has been out for awhile, but didn't find any other tables for it, so if anyone is still playing this game.
Current options:
Max out Core Competencies (Complete 1 event to max out that competency)
Add Resource Points
Set Resource Points
Set Engine Wear Rate (Player only, the AI doesn't have engine parts in the game)
Set Tyre Wear Rate (Separate Player & AI Options)
Set Fuel Consumption Rate (Separate Player & AI Options)

How i must add the file or how i must use the file
It's a Cheat Engine table, open it with Cheat Engine, attach CE to the running game process and enable the options you like to use.
You can set in windows that the .CT extension always opens with Cheat Engine, that way when you download a new table you just double click on it and it will open Cheat Engine automatically.
To do this right-click the .ct file and select open with->choose another app. Tick the option Always use this app to open .CT files, then browse to where you have Cheat Engine installed and select cheatengine-x86_64.exe and click ok.

i'm very bad in driving f1 car on a game because the car runs too fast.
so i'm using a speed hack cheat engine for slow down the car.
but everytime i'm use of speedhack, i can't save the game.
any solution for slowdown the speed car without saving proplem?

I'm not sure i understand the need for a speed hack? If you speed it up it will be impossible to control the car around the track, if you slow it down it will feel sluggish. Am i missing something?

I use a joystick and i played f1 game since 2015
and it's very difficult for me to keep the car in the track or overtaking another car around the corner.
so i'am using a speedhack to slowdown the car "0.75" or "0.65" points in the speedhack setting to increase my response time.

Ah yes i see, I'm using a wheel much easier but i have been using a gamepad from time to time. But if they are detecting the CE speed hack it would probably be the same for any manual type of speed hack.
I started a new career to test this but I couldn't get it to work. The core competency, nor the pit stop or event were changed. Do i have to search the address manually before checking? Does it change from team from team? Maybe the version is not the same?
Any tips?
Edit 1. I couldn't make it work. I tried 3 new carrer with this, maybe is the game version. Tell me, how did you manage to pinpoint the address that hold the value? I must have scanned 15 times in 2 different carrer load and still had like 180.000+ possibles addresses, i was trying scan with exact value though, changing between 0 and 1 "invitational event" done for "upgrade speed" in core competency.
