Sorry for the triple post, but I have discovered the issue. It's because I'm using mods. Apparently those 2 commands will not work if you are using mods, more specifically the QMod program that lets them work.
Now, is there anyway that I can get it to work with Qmod? I am not sure what I'd have to change or where in order to get it to work, but it's clear it's something with the AOB.
After a lot of work and messing around, I was finally able to get No Cost to work for me with QMod.
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
a few functions not working with 67616 Feb 27th Version
Oxygen, weld at hover, No Leak, Inf. Fuel Fire Extinguisher. also forget to mention Battery, I can screenshot what isn't working. everything else seems to work fine..
You're using a very old table, aren't you?
Open up the table with a text editor and remove everything between <Signature></Signature> (at the bottom) as the <Signature></Signature> as well. Save the file.
But if you're playing the latest game version, I would suggest to use the latest (at the top) table.

Would it be possible to update this? I know it's been a while.
Weirdly some pointers still work, like:
Day/Night cycle
Infinite Food and Water
Ignore Crafting requirements
x5 Craft amount
No leak
No damage
Infinite power sources
Infinte battery
But, sadly (and annoyingly) the ones I really wanted don't work, like the player base address pointers. I used them a lot to give myself more oxygen, because I didn't want infinite oxygen, that was too much. I usually gave myself about 4 minutes of air using your table instead of the base 45 seconds which I found ridiculous. I mean we're in the future and we can't have air tanks that hold and refill 4-5 minuites of air? heh, no thanks.
