Dishonored bend time file

Iam pretty new at cheat engine.Cos it seems that no table about infinite bend time in dishonored GOTY edition exists i want to ask the more experienced modders of you how is the path of powers like bend time? how can i make them last infinite? and how i can do this with cheat engine?
