what so hard to make stealth cheat? From the very beginning of the game. I have no patience to play in this crippled game to find skills for that.
If you don't have the patience to get the Invisibility skill, which really doesn't require any patience, I'm not sure why you're playing. Just follow the main quest. You get the Invisibility skill right during the second stage in the main quest. But this game is all about patience, so...
I still have no idea how to use inventory editor. I'm a cheat engine newbs btw can someone explain how it works step by step? Just need more aurites that's all. Thanks!

Increment the item slot until the name displays what you want, and then edit the quantity.
Note 1: Physical Resist is super easy to find. Equip and unequip armor until you find the value.
Note 2: If you set all resists to 1 (100%), you'll be invulnerable to NPC attack damage and environmental damage, except electric purple water, which kills instantly. Resistances have nothing to do with Falling Damage.
MOVEMENT
Movement Speed [base address; find this first] (16 bytes)
+0 = Movement Speed (affects player movement speed; 1 = 100%, 3 = 300%)
+4 = Movement Noise (affects player noise for stealth detection calculations; 0 = 0%, 1 = 100%)
+8 = Falling Damage (affects damage taken by player after falling; 0 = 0%, 1 = 100%)
+C = Unknown (value is 10 in my game)
OTHER / LOOTING SPEED
Offsets based on Movement Speed for Looting Speed (16 bytes)
+10 = Unknown (value is 10 in my game)
+14 = Looting Speed (affects the speed of all inventory put/take actions; 1 = 100%, 10 = 1000%)
+18 = Unknown (value is 1 in my game; probably Hacking/Lockpicking Skill)
+1C = Unknown (value is 1 in my game; probably Hacking/Lockpicking Skill)
Note: Since 1.03, the float value of Movement Speed is no longer accurate to what's displayed in the game, so you'll need to search for Movement Speed using an unknown value first, and then search for changed/increased/decreased until you find a value that looks close enough.
Seconding the request for a 1.0.6 update, or even some help in freezing inventory weight. I can change the value but my character never stops being immobilised.
