Unable to install Cheat engine

I was trying to install the cheat engine,but it shows error 123 ( the file name, the directory name or volume label syntax is incorrect) What should I do? please help!!

Error Code 123 means that the account has not been given the permissions required for this request.

Try: "run as administrator"

Edit:
Windows 7,8,10 ???

Maybe try this before installing:

1. Swipe in from the right edge of the screen, tap Settings, and then tap Change PC settings. ...
2. Tap or click OneDrive, and File Storage.
3. Turn off “Save documents to OneDrive by default.”
