Could someone please elaborate on HOW to use the character "skins" scripts -- in order to apply / change them in-game...?

(thanks)

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

This is the address of your character skin:

Code: Select all

nioh.exe+222F928
This is a list of most available skins:

Code: Select all

100:William
152:Hattori Hanzo
177:Tokugawa Ieyasu
24:Ii Naomasa
219:Torii Mototada
190:Edward Kelley
68:Ishida Mitsunari
198:Otani Yoshitsugu
167:Obsidian Samurai
53:Oda Nobunaga
170:Kuroda Nagamasa
25:Tachibana Muneshige
45:Kobayakawa Hideaki
113:Sanada Yukimura
169:Date Masamune
23:Marume Nagayoshi
204:Revenant
156:Tachibana Ginchiyo
12:Okatsu
62:Fuku
243:Maria
97:Senji Tome
200:Sarutobi Sasuke
By default the address value will be 100 if you are playing as William, change the value (no need to freeze) and load a mission to see changes. If you make the appearance change whilst already on a mission, you will need to pray at a shrine or suicide to update changes

Is it possible to edit stats without changing level like in dark souls?

Oh nevermind. Does anyone know the caps where it won't auto reset skills/stats if game detects it after quitting?

On NG, it's 400. NG+ raises it to 750 though i have yet to reach there. Stats cap is 99.

Is there a way to stop my stats resetting if I just put 70 into a stat and 20 a other on NG as a character with default enough amrita for lvl 72?

It's 400/40 up to Demon, 550/50 in Wise and 750/60 in Nioh.

how do I change special effects on accessories? I'm looking at the array of bytes which I'm guessing is 20, but i dont know what do to from there?
You might be able to reforge the effects you want on a piece of armour using the Blacksmith scripts. Then use the Item Editor to turn that armour into the accessory you want?

>Reforge armour with the Effect(s) you want. [Link]
>Change the Item ID (and Item ID2 for the correct icon) to the Accessory you want. [Link].

I've not fully tested this, don't know if it will stick or what not but worth messing around with maybe?
Thanks this seems to work. But how did you know that value 371 is the set bonus effect? Did you go through the numbers yourself or is there a list of all the values somewhere? If so, please send it.

Item IDs are in Table Extras.

Not sure what you mean, those effects are from onr exclusive pool so they cannot stay on a gear permanently.
