I think we've probably had enough "update please" posts for the moment. Recifense said yesterday via patreon that they were working on the updated table and making good progress, so sounds like it'll be ready sooner rather than later.
I know adapting to Betas is not usually done, but I believe the current Beta 1.10.1 will stay unchanged over the holidays. Could you be persuaded to adapt the table to it?

I think the Beta actually fix some of the annoying crashes I have... for the mean time you can still use the trainer from fearlessrevolution.. it still works.. though no where close to what the table here can do.
Update on my script for forced agent action result. Now uses pPlayer pointer from the main table to check if the hero performing the action belongs to the player.

I found the offset for target is at r15+88 so I can use that pointer to check if the target is owned by the player. The problem is I only know how to check the faction for agents but not settlements. If I know how then I will publish an update to make enemy always get critical failure when targeting the player. Right now, my own personal script uses a hard coded vtable address to check if the AI is targeting an agent and then use pPlayer to check if the target is of the player's faction.
EDIT: I wrote a lua script using the ui framework mod to get the faction of the settlement with a button. It triggered the break point at the vtable address of the selected settlement. The offset is [[rcx+280]+188]+10. 280 to get the region. [188]+10 to get the faction.
After activating god mod during battle time, it seems it can't be deactivated even untick the 'god mod' option. Is it possible to add a deactivate all or update the god mode.
And also, some weird happens. I'm play the tomb king. I just acivate unlimited arrow once. Even I close the game and reopen several times without cheat engine, all my skelton archer's arrows won't decrease at all.
