I mean, will a break happens if I write numbers, meaning some transfer happened last year,but,for example, in November of April
And the line in the player's info that was he recently signed shouldn't disappear if I change the signed date?

I don't know if it can break something. I never had problems with that and I was using random numbers, but there is always a risk.
The text should change, but you need to force the game to render it again. For example by exiting squad report and entering there again.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

The only modification I want to change is to get more transfer offers for players I've add in transfer list and them to accept these offers (not broken down talks). Which part of the transfer.ini should I change ?

There is link to script which I use to get more transfers offers. I've just blindly increased some values, so for sure it can be done better, try to experiment. ;p
And as far as I know "Transfer.ini" & "Transfers.ini" files are not responsible for "breaking down talks". So editing it probably not help you at all.

I just thought so, because you can download Profiles on Youtube that make it able to use Icons in Carreer Mode (eg here: [Link] ) where you can play with him with his Cap, but i don't know where to look up the Value - if i have to guess it is the same Value as for the Helmet of petr cech, but i don' t know how to figure that out.

What's really missing in this cheat table? In my opinion, most important things like player edit are already there. More advanced stuff will require more knowledge from the user. There are people who are never used CE before, so I don't think it's an option.
Currently, I don't have any plans for the upcoming update, but it doesn't mean that this cheat table will be never updated. It's just spontaneous, sometimes I just woke up, I've got an idea for something I'm trying to implement it.
But, being honest, it's just quite boring me. I'm making various cheats for the same game from 3 years and at this stage, it's not worth for me. I'm not learning anything new, I don't have almost any money for that (I appreciate all donations, but 10 euro per month will not change my life ) and these russian "hackers" who are using my work (probably) to cheat in FUT... At this moment I'm spending all my time resources on fifa tracker project to make it better and monetize my work somehow, but it doesn't look optimistic too. So yea, it looks like that this journey is slowly coming to an end. I hope that this answer will be more satisfying to you.
