Last few EDIT:
EDIT 27.1:
I was able to figure out Arts Have No Cast Time (Must Have A Quartz Equipped).
EDIT 27.2:
I think I have Increase Craft/Arts/Item Range Of All Items To Max / Make All Craft/Items Affect Range Instead of One
working mostly in this update.
It appears some arts are hard coded to only affect one,
but if the craft/art affects a range already, this sets it so it affects everyone.
EDIT 27.3:
I was able to get Always 100% Item Drop Rate (Must Have A Quartz Equipped) working in this update.
Code: Select all
EDIT1: Added in Infinite Battle EP and Infinite CP and Max CP On Hit options
EDIT2: Added in a Master Quartz EXP Multiplier.
An EXP Multiplier for players is turning out to be difficult to pin down. I may try again later.
EDIT3: I gave up on an EXP Multiplier for party members for now.
I added Infinite Item Usage and some Pointers for Mira and Sepith Mass Crystals.
I will work on the other requests as I have time.
EDIT4: I have something that gives Level 99 In One Battle for all my work on an EXP Multiplier.
Maybe some people want that, so I'm including it in the table.
I was having trouble making it work for less experience per battle.
This game copies memory around and does some things there and copies the results back down the line.
(The Original EDIT4 file contained my not working EXP Multiplier also, so I'm replacing EDIT4)
EDIT5: I have pointers for Current and Maximum Bonding
(thanks to nyanmaru for getting started with it, I modified his to get base pointers).
I also have pointers to Sepith and and Infinite Sepith Usage.
You must view your items menu to get the pointers for Sepith after you enable the table.
EDIT6: I have a Character Editor, but it only works for people in your party at the moment.
I fixed the Enable option due to the update they made and
hopefully updated the AOB so that it won't break on future updates.
You change the Selected Character to numbers starting with 0 for the
first character to modify that character in the editor.
EDIT7: I have the Last Selected Master Quartz pointers to Level and EXP.
Hopefully you can use this to fix the errors caused by the EXP Multiplier.
You have to go into the Orbments menu and actually move the selected arrow to a
Master Quartz from the list for the pointer to update.
I also added back in the EXP Multiplier that gives you Level 99 In One Battle.
I removed it while trying to work on a better EXP Multiplier.
EDIT8: I came up with an Orbment Editor.
You have to choose the character slot and I don't have a list of who's who,
but numbers 0-8 or 9 should work.
I know you can change an regular quartz, but not sure about master quartz id.
You have to view the orbment list of the main character once for the pointer to update.
EDIT9: There was an issue with the EXP Multiplier to Level 99 In One Battle after the update that I missed.
It's fixed now. I found the Difficulty Modifier pointer.
You have to fight one battle for the pointer to update, but you can change difficulty.
I'm not sure about changing the multiplier's associated with each difficulty level.
I'm removing EDIT8 and EDIT7 files due to the broken scripts in them.
Also the table now contains a LUA section, so say Yes to the prompt or the EXP Multiplier won't work.
I also made slight change to Bonding Points for better stability
(Original EDIT9 file is removed in favor of this latest one @5:27 PM EDT 8/4/2017)
EDIT10: I came up with an Inventory Editor, but you have to manually choose the slot.
It might be difficult to track a specific item if you want to edit it,
but I haven't found a way to get highlighted item very well in games yet.
Anyway, I have you able to edit the first 255 slots of items.
You can change quantity and item id.
You have to view your items at least once for the base pointer to update.
I think I will start playing the game some now since I have many options available now.
EDIT11: I came up with a Infinite New Game Plus Points option for when starting a new game with a clear file.
You can select all options no matter how many points you have.
I also added in TheByteSize's Link EXP code. Thanks to him for that option.
EDIT12: I came up with an Equipment Editor (You go to the equip menu to update the pointer by choosing the character)
I found that after you select the character to update, exit the sub menu and
then you can Alt-Tab out to Cheat Engine to edit the values.
I also updated some options with the Damage Modifier script to contain
an Hero Damage Multiplier (So you can take half damage or 1/4 damage
from enemies if you so desire (Set it to 1.0 for no effect) and a Hero Healing Multiplier.
I have also merged TheByteSize scripts he has posted in this post
with the main table under his own heading if you desire to use those.
Big thanks to him for helping out with some options.
EDIT13: Someone requested a Multiply Stats On Equip and I was able to find it.
It's here in EDIT13 (Default of 2.0 multiplier).
You just change equipment for it to multiply your stats.
When stats reset, just equip something again.
EDIT14: I added the option to only Apply The Multiply Stats On Equip to Rean Only (Off By Default) per a special request.
I also added an Infinite Turns Left for Status Effects.
This may also affect bad statuses (I haven't tested fully),
so you may have to turn off the code or cure the bad status if it does.
I mainly created it for the good status effects you can apply to your party.
EDIT14 (again): There was issue with my Apply The Multiply Stats On Equip to Rean Only.
I hope it's fixed, works for me on Steam but I haven't tested GOG. I'm removing the original EDIT14.
I also updated the caps (HP is 99,999 and the rest of the stats are 9,999).
EDIT15: Sorry for the multiple EDIT's so close together.
I had issues with the Multiply Stats On Equip if you used a float number like 1.5.
I fixed these issues and hopefully there won't be anymore problems with this option :)
I am just going to remove EDIT14 altogether.
EDIT16: I modified Infinite Item Usage to allow for you to update the Item's Quantity you are using/tossing.
Just change the Set Item Amount to a value other than zero and
then when you use or toss an item, it set's it quantity to that amount.
EDIT17: I modified the Multiply Stats On Equip to allow for setting of the caps yourself.
I believe you can go as high as 999,999 for HP as there is no more digits in the status screen after that.
Not sure about the other stats, but you could start getting negative numbers if you go too high.
You can change the caps to suit yourself.
I also merged in the rest of TheByteSize's scripts and had to
modify the Super Stats injection point to not conflict with one of mine.
I tested that you can active it.
EDIT18: I put in TheByteSize's updates around Fast Master Quartz leveling and Max Bravery Point. Hope this helps.
EDIT19: Fix for latest update (Around October 11, 2017). Some offsets mainly changed.
I attempted to do limited testing and I think I have everything working the way it used to. Let me know of any issues.
EDIT20: Fix for latest update (Around December 6, 2017).
I only found an issue with the Infinite Sepith option.
The Enable worked for me and also you have to get into battle at least once for the Damage Modifier
and Infinite EP options and battle related things to work.
I wasn't able to enable one of TheByteSize's options (Inf Fishing Attempts), but I think he will have to fix that.
EDIT 21:
In preparation for Trails of Cold Steel 2,
I am revisiting this game to see if I can complete it quickly enough before the 2nd one comes out.
I guess I have 4 days or so.
I decided to rewrite the Damage Modifier portion of the table to include additional options.
It now has God Mode, One Hit Kill, Enemy Damage Multiplier, Enemy Healing Multiplier,
Hero Damage Multiplier, Hero Healing Multiplier and HeroCannotDie.
These options are similar to what I've been putting in other recent tables.
With God Mode off and HeroCannotDie on, you take damage until the hit will kill you and
then it negates that damage, so you should not be killed by normal hits.
I've tested it and it appears to work okay.
I also changed the Set Item Amount of the Infinite Item option to only update if it's less than the amount you set,
so you can set it to a minimum amount like 10 or so and you should
always have at least that amount when you go to use or discard an item.
It can still be turned off by setting the value to 0. It will then just be Infinite Items.
I don't think I will add much more.
I basically just want to complete the game on my playthrough in preparation for #2.
EDIT 21.5:
I found some pointers to Current AP, Rank and Bonus AP.
You have to view your notebook after you enable to update the pointers.
I'm not quite sure what you can do with these, but changes do reflect in the notebook.
I was thinking of trying to find something that gives S rank all the time regardless of whether you had all quests done,
but that may be more work than it's worth.
This game takes forever to finish normally, which is sometimes good thing for RPG's. :)
EDIT 21.6:
I figured out some improvement for the Infinite Turns Left option.
I now have it only affecting Allies and hopefully only positive status effects.
I didn't test every situation, but it appears to work for me.
I guess I learned much since making this table as it was not too hard to improve the option this time around.
EDIT 21.7:
Small issue with my updated Infinite Turns Left. I believe I have it working the way it should now. I'm removing EDIT 21.6.
EDIT 22:
I was finally able to figure out the elusive EXP Multiplier for this game.
I hope it helps me to have it in Cold Steel 2. It seems to work for me in my testing.
I had one that made you go to level 99 in one battle, but the one I just made just is regular EXP Multiplier.
EDIT 22.5:
I figured some things with quests. You can have Bonus AP attached like some quests already do.
I came up with an option that always adds bonus AP to a quest when you complete it.
I haven't tested it when the quest already gets some bonus AP, but it's working for regular quests.
This should let you get S rank easier.
I tested that you can miss a quest and if you have enough bonus AP to cover your losses,
you still get S rank for the chapter.
Of course, Cold Steel 2 comes out tomorrow, but this is here for those wanting to replay this one. :)
EDIT 23:
I ported over the Add Positive Status Effects (When Adding A Status Normally) over from the Cold Steel 2 table to this one.
They recently did an update, but things still worked okay for me from my testing.
This new option will add all positive status effects to allies when a status is added via an item or craft normally
or when an enemy gives you a status also.
EDIT 23.5:
I ported over another option I made for Cold Steel 2. Always Critical Hits for Allies.
I'm removing EDIT 23, but that option is still there also.
EDIT 23.75:
I found an issue with Bonding Points on my playthru of this game recently.
Perhaps the update broke that. I am able to use the rest of the table though without issue.
This update fixes Bonding Point Pointer.
EDIT 24:
Ported over the Always Have Moebius Effect for Items from the Cold Steel 2 table.
Things seem better in this version, but it's similar code change.
It affected Elliot in this version while in Cold Steel 2, Elliot didn't work in my tests.
EDIT 24.5:
Ported over the Always Have Megalith HP/EP/CP Regeneration Effects from Cold Steel 2 table.
The Magius effect seems harder to pin down in this game.
EDIT 25:
I was able to pull an item list from the game. I updated the Inventory Editor with this item list in this update.
EDIT 26:
I came back to this game after making some options for Cold Steel 3 Demo.
I may try playing through this series again before I actually complete Cold Steel 3.
I added Override Item ID On Gain of Item to this table.
This will allow you to get any item you want and the easiest way is to abuse the adding and removing of quartz
with this option on and perhaps Infinite Item Usage.
I went ahead and pulled a list of items from the game and
so I'm now using this new list which has some test items in Japanese in there.
I modified Infinite Item Usage to be better similar to the Cold Steel 2 and 3 tables.
It now excludes key items and master quartz and works on gaining an item also. Enjoy!
EDIT 26.1:
I found an issue with my Infinite Item Usage changes and fixed it now.
EDIT 26.2:
To facilitate not having to use the Override Item ID many times if you want a lot of one item,
I added the ability to Override the quantity you receive when you use the Override Item ID.
This allows you to say give yourself 50 U-Material in one go if you don't want to set the
Minimum Item Amount too high, which will set all your items to the minimum amount.
It defaults to just the 1 you normally receive, but you can change it as needed.
EDIT 26.5:
I have some time off work and thought about going through some of these games again.
I decided to make a Run Speed Multiplier for this first game.
I know there is a turbo mode, but that speeds up everything.
Anyway, it's here in this update if you wish to use it.
EDIT 26.6:
One last update for this as I'm replaying it.
I was able to get Improved Master Quartz EXP Multiplier working the way I want.
I've learned to follow code better since this was first made.
This one now works correctly after battle showing the level up as you go.
EDIT 27:
It's been awhile, but thought I might replay this game for old time sake and to refresh my memory.
I've learned a little bit more since first creating the table,
but this game was based on Xseed and not the NIS versions of CS3 and 4,
so the code is still somewhat different than those.
I did end up adding Always Have Dragon Vision Effect (Scan Defeated Enemies) (Must Have A Quartz Equipped)
in this update though. Not sure what else I will add yet if anything.
