Plants vs. Zombies is really a popular game and there are many topics about it. It has many versions which seems to be basically the same, so I have tried to create a table which will work with all, or at least with more than one version.
Was it a hopeless desperate attempt? Who knows. It has been tested with v1.2.0.1065 and v1.0.0.1051.
Options are pretty obvious but here is a description:
Instant Charge
Sunlight
Money
Instant kill unarmored zombies
Instant Destroy zombie Armor (like buckets on the head etc)
Instant destroy zombie stuff (like doors, ladders, etc)
Invincible plants (they will still die if they take so much damage that would kill them instantly)

EDIT:
For v1.2.0.1073 (The Game of the Year Edition), I had to add some new options because most of the general options did not work:
Sunlight for v1201073
Instant recharge for v1201073
Instant kill unarmored zombies for v1201073
Money for v1201073
Invincible plants for v1201073
These general options are working with v1.2.0.1073 too.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
