Rewrite for alpha 15 as of 2013-12-01. Enable the three scripts then expand 'Cheats' and enable each cheat individually:

F1: Money
F2: Daily Spending Limit
F3: Instant Build
F4: Instant Research

I don't have time to search for the movement speed cheat again so I left Version 3 if anyone wants to take a look at how I did it back in Alpha 12

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
