Here is a Cheat Engine table for Air Conflicts: Vietnam.
It will probably work with more versions, tested with v1.0.96.397.
Options:
Unlimited health
Unlimited ammo for cannon
Unlimited ammo for cannon 2
Unlimited ammo for secondary weapons
Unlimited flares
Unlimited afterburner
NOTES:
All cheats are working for the player only, except the unlimited ammo for cannon.
Unlimited health: This will keep your health on 100%, it will protect you from smaller crashes too. However if you happen to crash real hard into the ground, you need to turn off the cheat to die (because you will stuck on the ground) and then turn it on again.
Unlimited ammo for cannon: The only cheat that will affect the AI too, but I don't care, because they have lots of ammo anyway. If your plan is to wait until your enemies run out of ammo instead of killing them, turn this off.
Unlimited ammo for cannon 2: This cheat is the same, but it's working for planes with more cannons too.
Unlimited ammo for secondary weapons: Hopefully working for all secondary weapons.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
