Plans
In case it's not obvious, Plans must be obtained in-game to set all the flags correctly. There are a few ways to do this.
1. Obtained as Item Drop.
A. Enable "Death Stats -> Item Drop Rate Set to 100%?".
B. "Death Stats -> Item Drop Set to This?" set this to the desired Plan.
C. Then kill a few enemies.
2. Obtained as Quest / Colosseum Reward.
"Quest / Colosseum Stats -> Rewards -> Item 1 ID" set this to the desired Plan. Then complete the Quest / win the Colossseum battle.
3. Make every Plan Known.
A. Activate "Plan Stats Base Address Scan Initialization (Activate This First)".
B. Activate "Plan All Stats Base Address Scan (To Update: Select Plan)".
C. Enable "Plans Set to Known?".
D. View Plan.
Museum / Album
"Party Stats->Album" however, it doesn't work like 0 or 1 flags, but more like an item inventory.
Each unlocked Album is added to an Slot and consists of an Album ID and a 0 / 1 flag that indicates if it's "New".
However, a quick look at the Album Slots will show that the Album IDs aren't actually consecutive. Figuring out the Album ID now becomes a trial-and-error process, so this wasn't added to the table.
