I get a process error when I try to check the cheat on. Anyone Ideas on how to solve?

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

Anyone can help me? I want to enable the console in game.
But when I used the "Crusader Kings II v3.0.1 (CDYZ) Extension",it's was freeze,and didn't work at all.
My game version is ONDO. (But someone said he can do it in that version.)
Where did I go wrong?

I know it's late, but I can see there are quite a few people who don't know how to edit the achievement pointers.
So here is a new version of the extension:

While you wait here is the basic stuff, do 4 Byte searches and make sure Fast Search is Disabled
Gold is value between search with #*(2^15) & (#+1)*(2^15)
Prestige, Piety, Chinese Grace & Society points are all value between searches of #*1000 & (#+1)*1000

Anyone able to come up with the new achievement pointers yet? The one I am particularly interested in is ruler designer. ( Why they don't allow achievements with it still seems silly to me since it's a paid feature. )
