Here is a Cheat Engine table for Leviathan Warships.
Tested with version 1.0 (11263-3412(1)), but it may work with other versions too.

Options:
Always valid fleet size
Unlimited arms on rear
Unlimited arms on front
Unlimited arms on sides
Unlimited arms on middle
NOTES:
Before you could enable the cheats, first you have to open the Edit Fleet window.
Always valid fleet size: The game allows you to build a fleet that is exceeding the limit of fleet points, but when you do that, the Ready button will not be available and the game will say "Invalid fleet size". When you turn on the cheat, build your own fleet and ignore the fleet points that you use. When you are done with editing, the Ready button will be available and your fleet size will be only 400.
Unlimited arms on rear/front/sides/middle: You have limited amount of guns and equipment to use on your ships, these cheats will turn off that limit. The ships are separated into 4 sections, each cheat will turn off the limit for rear, front, side and middle placed guns. If all 4 cheats are enabled, you can put as many guns on your ship as you want. This cheat is working for all ships.
Be aware that if you get a Dreadnought or Atlas and equip it with the maximum number of Kauser guns (as I suspect you will), it will shred literally everything to pieces, but you have to be careful with friendly fire.
As a side effect, manually controlling all of the guns will be very hard, because having 100+ guns on board is making gun selection sort of uncomfortable. Just leave them on "fire at will".
Also if you have a weaker computer, firing so many guns can slow down the game a little.

How to use this cheat table?
- Install Cheat Engine
- Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
- Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
- Keep the list.
- Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
