Dead Rising 4

I'm currently working a Dead Rising 4 100% save for Main Story I'm currently at 99%. I want to know if it is possible to checkmark the all 138 trials in the Main Story I currently have 122 done, but some of them are either glitched or just to grindy like the 250,000 kills. I do plan to share the save the file. I want to know if it possible through cheat engine to have them all completed.
