REQ script, infinite fuel for a parachute (Last Steam version)

Here's my script for Just Cause 2 (Steam)

Infinite dual parachute thrusters - Must buy thruster from black market before code will work
- pointer for thruster fuel -- full thrusters = 3 (float), empty thrusters = 0 (float)
- script for inf thruster (still testing, should work)

Also includes:
- Pointers to Player's and last used vehicle health (current and max hp)
- Pointers to ammo (slot's 1-3, plus spare ammo for all weapons)
- Pointers to black market resources (money and parts)
- Players coordinates (z-coord working, still testing x and y)
