It's not much but I'll add some more options once I have time actually play the game. For now enjoy free shop items. You might need to able to at the least afford the items before the script can work, but Zeni isn't hard to come by.

Edit 1: Added pointers for player health and Ki. I tried making scripts to give max/infinite ki and health but I couldn't figure it out without affecting opponent health so pointers will have to do. I'll add skill/switch/transform gauge eventually.

Edit 2: I should mention every bar of health and ki is 10000.

Edit 3: Fixed the Ki pointer. Maybe.

Edit 4: Added @BigBear743's Infinite HP and created Max Ki, Infinite Sparking Mode and Infinite Skill/Transformation points thanks to the help in this thread. Shamelessly used @BigBear743's table to learn how to be better so much kudo's to him, check out his table etc, and @Pongozila provided offsets.

-Player Scripts
--Infinite HP
--Max Ki
--Infinite Sparking Mode (Will take effect when entering Sparking! mode)
--Infinite Skill Gauge

--Ki
--Sparking Meter

There's a playerID that differentiate players/enemy
From the pointer that point to health (e.g. healthbase + 1DD4) change 1DD4 to 2B0 and add another offset to 294.
That'll give you playerID to compare :D

This is awesome. Think you can find some other stats around those player pointers? (Like Attack, Speed, Ki Recharge etc just as some examples).

Would also be cool if you can do all the same stuff but for the opponent. So we can customize both player but also opponent stats to create something really interesting!

Is it possible to have a proficiency editor option? Having to unlock max proficiency for over 180 characters is asinine.
