To op the original table maker, updating this table is going to be a nightmare if you do it in cheat engine, you should edit the CT in a text editor and add +1BE0 to each address
In future updates you can just search and replace 1BE0 to whatever it changes too. Next time best to use a base address and add offsets for easy update
I did this for him, not sure if everything is working but it should in theory
How to use this cheat table?
Install Cheat Engine
Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
Keep the list.
Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
You can just change all the addresses in the table at once by a certain offset using cheat engine. Ctrl + A > right click an address > Recalculate new addresses.
Then just use the change by offset with the hexadecimal box ticked.

Well, if you really want to do the +offset in each address method, it might be better to just put the offset in the table itself so that you don't need to use a text editor to replace all the offsets.

Added the xbox offset based on what 4mmok said.
Just enable the offset script after attaching to the game and select the game version in the drop down list.
If it's not accurate just change the offset value in the drop down list.

Found out where weapon and equipment addresses are and they can be modified. It does need pointers for it though. All weapons have a hidden crit chance and I'm looking if you can change an equipment's set skill.
