Ok - I figured it out.

If you are looking for gems and you have 5 - it will be 0.5 in double search - i thought it was 0.05 but its not. If you have 12 gems - it should be 0.12 but its NOT it would be 1.2 - And if you got 145 or 1456 - same thing

Add Zeros on the left hand side of the period - then spend or make more gems - the gem counter has to be updated if its 1.3 then you add 100000.3 - it will not let you spend gems till it updates, via getting some more or spending some

i'm just hoping someone will be able to make a quick and dirty cheat table for unlocks and unlimited gems since i have no idea how to read hex code and i have absolutely no money for the $100 pack to unlock the last hero slot which locking behind 100 is a scam in of itself

Just use a DLC unlocker for the DLC heres a few of their names : Green luma, CreamInstaller and Koalageddon
Im not sure if Green luma is updated on github but the other 2 are
