1- Add the Dew's to your character and the stats will be permanent, a quick warning, after adding it, you can't remove so better make a save backup.
How did you get your dew's to stick? I've tried both versions of the cooldown dew (for testing) but neither of them stick between save/load.
Scratch that. For anyone else having the same issue, get a checkpoint save through using the fast travel mystic door, head anywhere and then make a manual save (just to be sure) and it should stick.

He attempted that before this release and it seems to be tied to a "quest progression" thing. So, not likely possible as messing with these can cause issues with the game.
Would appreciate it if the few Speedy Gonzalez of you actually read the description and topic to understand how to achieve all of those 30-seconds questions of yours. If you spent as much time to sort your shit out, you wouldn't spam the topic with utterly useless questions. This is especially for those with "1 Post".
I'd like to double up on the skill labor request. Like MsoniSama I've been able to find an address that changes the visual of the count but not the actual count, and when trying to find out what writes to the address the game crashes.
