+1 Would love to see a table created, in previous dead rising games people got really creative and made some wicked options, fingers crossed that happens again

You can use that to create your own table. Like I did.
Most of you only need some hints to make your own tabke and i will give you them.
First the easy stuff:
-Your current and overall "PP".
Its a search with setting "4 byte" and found in under a minute. After the heli photo tour you can just search the "pp" and after the first killed zombies that value too. So no big deal to ask for money.
This "pp" stuff will also raise your current Level and give you all skills. Level 50 is the max. So you can stop increasing there.
Your killed Zombies: Also a search for "4 byte" in CE and if you pause or go into the menu you find the value. Max. Value is 999999. So after no more counts or PP for more killed zombies.

A bit more complicated:
-Health:
Its can also be found via CE with a search for "4 byte". But they dont give you full max health from the beginning. Just 4000 after you landed on the roof. So the first health value on the roof is "4000".
So now you can go and find the value and pointer easyly.
Every bite of a zombie cost you 1000 of your health. After you found the value just set it to 1215752191 that will be enough.
But watch after that value in your table. Because if you eat something or in some special events it will be decreased to 4000 and later 8000. But most of the time you dont have to freeze that value. Like that there were no crashes. But also dont forget to save your game often.

-Finally you want Ammo or all slots with a high number of Ammo:
Any of the 12 slots are 4 byte values but not that what you can see. The devs just used a cheap trick to make it more complicated.

I went to a food location where are unlimited PIE´s and 2-3 cops with guns. And than i entered the area killed both cops took their guns and went out again. After a few times i have 12 guns with 30 ammo. And than i found out with unknow value that the values for Ammo are not what it shows you. You can search for "1966110" if your current ammo for *anything* is 30.

So if you have in the slot for your gun or riffle or anything with bullets the value "30".
There are some examples:
30 Ammo => 1966110
28 Ammo => 1966108
27 Ammo => 1966107
...
300 => 19661100
300 => 19661100
1100 => 19661900
26463 => 196699999
60927 => 196799999
64319 => 196999999
max => 1215752191
This is also the max value i used for health and rarely you have to set it again. Like in special fights. I dont want to spoil anything.
After you found that value do a Pointer Scan. Restart the game after saving. And check what values are still there.
You will find in the end a pointer for the current Ammo and if you freeze that one and go right or left in your Guns, riffle with Ammo they are all set to the new value. "1215752191" worked fine for me.

Anything from that doesnt felt really a need to be cheat.
So maybe for some of you that saves some time or money.

You're incorrect, the ammo is 2bytes which is why you're struggling. 30 ammo is 30 in CE using 2bytes.

Also, the game uses the same old RE Engine antitamper/antidebugger as per all the latest CAPCOM games. Injection & debugging isn't possible without bypassing it.

Maybe the guy who made the other bypasses has one out now, haven't checked.

Here are my cheats. It's best to start new game but feel free to load a game.

-Health - Every box health = 1000.
-Ammo - This one has the actual ammo count but for some reason doesn't load correctly. You may need to return to title screen and load game again.
-Ammo2 - Does work but ammo count glitches....
- Durability - For all melee weapons infinite, you may need to check and uncheck when getting a new weapon.
- Total PP LVL up - Choose what lvl you want your character to be at. Earn a PP or take a picture of PP to level up. It won't matter if its 0 PP you will level up.
- Food item - Any food can be infinite.

Updated my cheats. Removed Ammo2 since its not needed.
