here is two ways. first of all. all functions (not overall but...) affects on lot of "soldiers", so here is "universal", that will be work for many versions,if you correct scan AOB for yourself, AND REMOVE from EACH script "cmp" routine, but this one should react "many"/"lot of" soldiers/party members, and it may crush game in some time.

AND version with compares. but! i found too small differences. like for primary weapon, for noreload, here is some part in structure with crap like "Weapon"/Weap (70616557hex) on unique position from stack, but in some cases, i think it's may have "clones". so, it's table for my version, and may not worked for your, update, some situations, etc.

look for "advanced options", may help you.

How to use this cheat table?

1. Install Cheat Engine
2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
4. Keep the list.
5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1
