My apologies I tried my best to make sure I was thorough in my explanation. I'm a cyber sec analyst and I hate when i get a ticket that's vague I'm angry as well.

Deleting the cache seems to at least get me past the previous crash, and works. Thank you for quoting me with a fix, and explaining exactly what caused the problem and how the bypass works. You're a real one. I do seem to get stuck at loading resources now which is infuriating. idk if a patch dropped today (20 OCT 24) and caused it to stop working.

Edit: When I get this working I intend to make a private video and post it here to help my fellow brainlets
happy to help and your explanation was thorough :)

no patch today.

if it crashes on loading resources then my assumption is that you're using bad syntax in an edited SSO file. offhand, one error i made was using "IsInfiniteAmmo" (note capital I to begin the statement) as opposed to "isInfiniteAmmo" (leading lower-case i). There could be all kinds of syntax errors though, or stuff I haven't considered, and this is all predicated on the idea that i have an idea what's causing the crash. "Resources" would include graphics, UI stuff... if you're running other mods, it's possibly a conflict with them.

Any chance we could get that video for dummies?

I am following this step by step, using chatgpt for hexadecimal calculator.

1. Find currency (multiply by 8, add 1)
2. Spend currency, repeat step 1.
3. Bring addresses down again. Add +8 to the first one, -16 for the second one.

Doesn't seem to be working for me.
Here is a video showing how it's done.

i'm honestly not sure what i'm doing wrong.
i follow the instructions exactly but all i'm getting is 1 singular address.
i've tried spending gold then running the second search.
i've tried gaining gold then running the second search.

no matter what i do, i'm only getting the 1 address.
that being said, the one address, when edited is giving me an increase in gold.
wtheck is going on? (i'm pretty new to using CE so idk wtf i'm doing)
Morning guys, i am having exactly the same problem here, only getting 1 address to change values. Any idea what am i doing wrong?
Thanks in advance for any reply

note that i haven't done any of this stuff, i'm just reporting what i remember hearing. also note that if you mod this, i'm pretty sure others will benefit from all this if you're host, which is either a plus or minus depending on how you look at it.

pve rewards are at... ssl\main\user\rewards\libraries\pve_match_rewards_library.sso

victoryExperienceReward and victoryMoneyReward are self-explanatory. EDIT - max PvE XP shouldnt be set over 9999 (it'll flip negative), but PvP can be.

memeVirusCoef is the chance there's a spawned geneseed

editing difficultyBlueprintData will let you reward Relic currency throughout the mission, change __value to BLUEPRINT_DATA_RELIC

other folks have reported just changing the one address was sufficient to change the value.

We have Tech-Priests here who know how to do this, but don't quite get why we do it, haha.

Okay, sometimes we get multiple addresses containing the same number. We then spend the credits and input the new number to narrow down which address is where the credits is located. If you manage to find the address in one search, that's golden. However, sometimes, you end up needing to do multiple searches to narrow it down.

You did the process correctly. If it works, then it works, and you don't need to worry about it.

yeah, ssl/main/user/rewards/libraries library files.
set pve rewards to no more than 9999 as if you go over 9999 the game will give you negative xp, for pvp due to the modifiers you can set it to over 10000.

with 9999xp in one mission you max out your characters level, and you will max out weapon mastery until artificer tier

Still see no answer with weapon mastery points bricking.
All versions of bolt-pistol unlocked, max exp gained - have zero mastery points. Does anyone have a solution?
Search for 4:weapon_xp w:4 4:unspent_perk_points

weapon_xp = your total weapon experience * 8 + 1
unspent_perk_points = your available perks * 8 + 1 (so, in your case its probably 0*8+1= 1)

it should show you all weapons that have 0 available perks and the corresponding XP.

so if your weapon has 17000xp and 0 perks it whould look like:

4:136001 w:4 4:1
Thanks a lot legends! You've helped a lot, problem solved :wub:

Hi, I'm in the same ‘boat’, all variants are unlocked after editing the .pak file, but I have no mastery points... Were you able to add mastery points using kennkra's guide? If so, can you write down what you did step by step (or send me a PM)? Thank you very much!

try this ( viewtopic.php?p=376813#p376813 ), read from there. i think Haru_Ame got it working through kennkra's guide rather than my own but my understanding is that they did indeed get their Mastery Points.

see here: viewtopic.php?p=376951#p376951

isInfiniteAmmo and isInfiniteClip are what you're looking for.

Am I right in assuming these change the parry window durations for melee weapons? Do I need to change all three values?

parryEnabledDuration = 2
riposteEnabledStartTime = 0.165
riposteEnabledDuration = 0.4815

yep. i think the only thing you really want to be careful of is that you dont want (riposteEnabledStartTime + riposteEnabledDuration) to be greater than parryEnabledDuration.

this part is conjecture: parryEnabledDuration is for how long you can parry an incoming attack, i think from the moment BEFORE it strikes you. i'm guessing riposteEnabledStartTime is when, after the Parry window opens, you can execute a Perfect Parry. riposteEnabledDuration would then be how long that window lasts.

Yeah after testing, your theories are correct. I set the values as such

parryEnabledDuration = 3
riposteEnabledStartTime = 0
riposteEnabledDuration = 3

One thing I've noticed is that sometimes your parry window can last far longer after the animation has completed, but you can't actually still engage the parry.

Thanks! I finally found a way to easily change the Mastery Points with the CE software, following your and kennkra's guides. ;)

You might want to look upon ssl\melee\customization\melee_modifiers_library.sso too.
Also, if your duration exceeds animation time, it just might start animation again, which is quite annoying if you ask me.
