Throwing my 1 cent in (i'm broke okay) as I also know that it never hurts to have other people's examples with stuff like this. You are going to find the highest victories required in the wargear section for the class. This last armor set for example, says you need 32 victories total (either in Operations or Eternal War mode). Initially I thought I knew the specific number of victories I had, but then I remembered I played with heavy in the pvp mode and potentially won a couple of games (I can't remember), so my count was completely wrong and then from there I was completely lost.
So anyway, I go to each piece of armor, and they're all at different unlock points.
The war gear says I have 12 victories left (32-12 = 20 current wins total)
A shoulder pad says I have 14 victories left (32-14 = 18 current wins total)
A leg piece says I have 16 victories left (32-16 = 16 current wins total)
So which is it?? Is it 20, 18, or 16 current wins total? I thought these pieces were supposed to ALL unlock on the 32nd victory, not separately at different victories.
Vanguard's last set needs 37 victories. My last wargear needs 23 more victories. Number we are looking for is how many victories we HAVE. Going with the (x*8)+1=z formula. x=(37-23)=14. x=14 to simplify. Z is merely a placeholder for the number we plug into Cheat Engine
(14*8)+1=z
112+1=z
113=z
First scan for this character would be 113. Win a mission, you have 15 victories. You can follow the formula like below or just add 8 to whatever the previous Z was.
(15*8)+1=z
120+1=z
121=z
Another example: my assault class is untouched, so here's what it looks like from 0.
So we've got 35 victories needed for last armor set. Look at wargear we have 35 victories needed. So we subtract victories needed from total victories (35-35=0). Plug into formula (x*8)+1=z. (0*8)+1=z. 0+1=z 1=z.
Z is the value you plug in. After the first victory, you repeat the formula or simply add 8 to z to shortcut.
To really really simplify it. ((Victories Needed - Current Victories)x8)+1

Clarification required. If you meant that you can't unpack my 7z archive, then you're probably not using 7zip (which you should in that case).

It does work as Klerik says, maybe you have paste it somewhere else as the file is long and it has a lot of similar strings. Follow his sample in his latest post.

I followed the process of this and now I'm stuck on Joining Server.
Here's what I did:
- Used 7-zip to access default_other.pak
- Edited the weapons file to have infinite clip and ammo
- Saved the archive
- Renamed default_other.pak.cache

This happens because you add those two lines to an unnecessary weapon. I've dealt with this issue before. I'll send you the files where all the available weapons have been modified. - Open the downloaded archive, and inside there's a folder named "ssl".
- Then, open the default_other.pak with an archive program (I use WinRAR).
- Copy the "ssl" folder from my archive and just paste it into the open .pak file.
