Has anyone figured out how to update the Dev Build to current version of the game, keeping all the tools and LAN functionality?

Anyone tried the EAC bypass and if it still works after the hotfix just put out today.
Apparently default_other.pak file size has been changed so mods using that pak file won't work as EAC will detect differing file size. Will have to see after work if the current bypass kindly provided by Klerik works, but if someone else has tried please let us know!

I tried it this morning (8 Oct 2024), and EAC detected the bypass which does not allow the game to launch.

It still works
Thanks. Just tried, still works. Old modded paks wpnt work. Just need to put the modded files into the new pak.

Bypass is working and I can join games.
Does anyone know what files were edited in the FOV mod, would like to extract and apply to the new pak file.
I tried this with the Remove FX mod and the game wouldn't load the modded pak and crash

i can play the game but i get connection error every time i try to join a game, ill verify cache and add the bypass and the retail. exe and ill report back.

The bypass works fine, you cannot play online with EAC disabled same as all the other games that use EAC.

You mean that you've overwritten both EXE files, game launches w/o EAC and you CAN play Operations with others and online stuff?

Can't seem to unlock Heavy's armor. Was able to do literally everything else, all weapons, class xps, and all the other class armors. Heavy just doesn't seem to be working. Though i did everything else before the update so perhaps something changed..

If that’s what he meant, I’d like to know how he managed to do it, because I personally can’t connect to anyone with the bypass.

Yes I followed instructions on Kleriks post a few pages back and was able to play operation with random player yesterday. Just played one Op with one other player. Will try again today and see if it is still working

Edit: I tried and I can't join any game online when using Klerik bypass now
