Did you guys see the response from the devs when people asked if it was Ok to mod the game? They basically said as long as you don't have an unfair advantage/people complain, they don't care. So basically leave PVP alone.

PvP cheaters will probably ruin that. only a couple things i can think of that would cause people to complain for PvE is the mod for using any weapon for any class or use all perks for a weapon (but in reality theres no way of telling who has that or not) and of course if people make there weapons 1 hit anything

I've edited ssl\main\user\mastery\mastery_skills_library.sso to replace my Sniper's first 3 perks and it's being displayed in the armouring hall but it doesn't seem to be working in-game.

The perks I inserted were:
PveTankRestoresHPWithFinishers
PveBerserkRestoreHPbyFinisherTeam
PveSoldierReceiveAmmoClipForKillEliteOrHigher

Anyone got any insight into this?

Could you make a video or hope on discord and guide me on how you did it? I’m very confused on how to rename the files and all
I'm trying to figure it out myself, did you get it to work yet? How do you add it to the pak file?

if your using 7zip, right click the "default_other.pak" (Steam\steamapps\common\Space Marine 2\client_pc\root\paks\client\default) and open it with 7zip then follow this ssl\main\user\progression\weapons_mastery\perks, just drag and drop the modded SSO file into the 7zip window. also make a backup of the original "weapon_perks_progression_library" all i did was hit rename and added ".backup"

I did that, but it wouldn't allow it. got the message 'Not Implemented'

NVM, my file had become corrupted. Got it working. Thanks for the help :D

Hi, I can’t seem to get the bypass to work… comes up with SM2’s crash report page… I’ve removed the Bypass file, verified files… and even then the bypass shows back up.. and I can’t even get in to play at all.. I’m redownloading the game now, hopefully I’ll at least be able to play the game legit.

Please help :) I’d love to use this trainer to lvl up myself and my family/squad.

If you modified a Pak file you need to rename (or delete) it's appropriate .cache file otherwise you get a crash.

then they need to release the private PvE lobbies already

i quit my operations a number of times already because people joined my game and i couldn't figure out how to kick them

I believe all I did was to edit the Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2.ini to look like the following then created an shortcut to the Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2.exe on my desktop.

ApplicationPath=client_pc\root\bin\pc\Warhammer 40000 Space Marine 2 - Retail.exe
WorkingDirectory=
WaitForExit=0
NoOperation=0

To reply myself, yes they do. At least the weapon perk selection ones.

I am trying to find the same for Class Perks, anyone knows what would allow us to have all perks at once?
