I think it's a problem caused by adjusting the level, not the experience. I'll try to adjust the experience.

anyone figured a way to get all class perk? like the weapon mastery perks?

Funny thing I’ve noticed after applying weapon changes. So basically I deleted the gravity for heavy plasma projectiles and speed them up x3, so the final variant plays very similar to regular plasma rifle.
So, in Operation, when I played with randoms, my values applied to them as well. I guess our changes overrides the standard values.

So I have a question, yesterday I played an Ops offline, after bringing up steam console, then typing the command to drop your connection, acepting in-game to continue offline, all good. I finished the ops, then went back to the barge, went to title screen, to check my "signing in" at the top left, went back in again and all was restored, is there a way to play offline like this and return online later on to save all that progress made offline or right now is not possible?

I try to search some valve and lock them,then change perk,game crash instently.

Not necessarily. I wasn’t the host, so in this instance their values should be applied to me, not vice verca.

TLDR Answer: There used to be and maybe still is.

The basics (several weeks ago) was this:

-Be online and queue for an operation. You will probably also want to disable crossplay first so that it is harder to immediately connect with another player. *Personal note: Can't wait for private lobbies.*
-Immediately go into the in the 'blue staging area' after queueing and disconnect your internet. Being quick on this is important apparently.
-When the operation is fully loaded reconnect your internet. This will still keep you in offline mode.
-Do the operation as normal. You should only ever have bots and cheats will still work if EAC is bypassed. My guess as to why they work is because you are 'the host' just like in campaign mode and no 'server verification(?)' is needed.
- Once the operation is done exit to the main screen and get back into the game to verify your data is saved.

If at any time you got he SECOND 'offline mode will not save your data' (not sure of the exact verbiage) message then it will NOT work.

This is old information that a few people AT THAT TIME verified worked. I caught this info only very recently and have NEVER gotten it to work/save character data.

I think this method may still work in some way/shape/form but currently don't have the patience for trying variations to get it there. Anyone who wants to pick up the endeavor can try more variations such as connecting/disconnecting your internet later/earlier in the process, not running with cheats, and/or alt-F4 during victory screen etc etc......

That's your recoil, for example. File you're looking for is default_other.pak\ssl\weapons\creator\firearm_library_pve.sso, find (you guessed it) "recoilSettings" and you'll figure out the rest. As for spread, same file, but look for "spreadSettings", I'm sure you'll know what to do.
so i did the exact thing but my game crash each time
I tried the same thing and got the same problem. Did you manage to find a solution?

Nevermind, I just needed to rename the default_other.pak.cache to default_other.pak.cache.disabled

I have not seen one floating around as of yet with the exception of the ones that just pop-up a message to go download an exe trainer. I don't mind people hawking their trainers on here... just don't promise me a table and then deliver ONLY a "go download our app" message.

for editing the number of operations you've completed, anyone found a grouped scan? not familiar with it so I've just been doing normal scans and repeating them with each completed operation but I was thinking maybe you could group completed missions with class rank and/or xp

Did you guys try to mod the pak files? you have to delete the cache file for the pak you modded or you will crash everytime.
