So, here is quick and not detailed guide how to hack on armor:
1) You need to find your current amount of successfully completed missions. I recommend to use first locked set - first locked equipment in personal sets. ex: i have green set blocked, which reqiers 7 missions, and green equipment, which says i need to do 2 more missions. so i have completed 5 missions.
2) Gold rule of this game (X * 8) + 1, type this equation in cheat engine, then search. ex, if u had 5 completed missions, it will liik like (5 * 8) + 1
3) SUCCESSFULLY complete the mission with used class
4) Type in cheat engine instead of X just 1 number more,if u had 5 completed before, then type (6 * 8) + 1
5) Sometimes u will have several results, like 50+, so just repeat steps 2-4
6) After you find exact address of missions copmleted, change its value to 321 : (40 * 8) + 1
7) After u changed, better to eqip everything, im not will it work without equpping or not, i had equipped
8) As i understand, u need to join new lobby with real players. Try to play with this step, but in ideal way, you need to complete whole misson with guys. Maybe will work with bots
9) Make sure u have everything equipped and restart the game
10) PROFIT
I can confirm it works. Only downside is that you have to complete in total 4 missions (possibly fail 4th): 1st time for first scan, 2nd time for second scan, 3d time to get 1 address and 4th time to apply changes with cosmetics (Also confirm- to apply changes you can play EITHER with bots or people, it doesn't matter after all).
Unfortunately im not pro in CE, so maybe there possible command for groupscan un find needed address from st scan

That's for Operations? Because in operations there are times that I unlock only a single piece of gear, other times I unlock 2 or more. Plus the number of operations needed to be completed in order for a set to be unlocked is not very clear (from the game perspective.. usually a set has about 10 pieces, other times it has more)
TLDR: I don't see an actual counter of how many missions I've completed with the character. I've tried counting based on how many unlocked parts I have on the character, but the hack did not work. Any ideas?
Search for the item that requires most victories and subtract its number with 35 and you will get your number of victories achieved. For example for sniper- the highest amount of victories needed- is for a Wargear (cloak). I had green set unlocked, then I looked how many wins I need to unlock the last cloak (it said for me 27, so 35-27=8, that's how many wins I had)
Still nothing.. So I just happened to have the same numbers as you for the Sniper but with Bulwark.
It said 27 more victories to unlock the shield (which is the highest number of victories on the last set)
So I did 35-27=8, then 8*8+1=65, found the value, played a game
then proceeded to look for a 9*8+1=73 (since I had one extra victory), narrowed down the search
played a 3rd game, 10*8+1=81, showed only 1 result, selected it, and replaced the 81 part with 321.
aaand nothing happend.

Yes. It's just an X*8+1 search, same as everything else. Taking certain perks still locks you out of others so you can't learn everything but you can definitely give yourself enough points to get as much as possible. I've done it on all of my weapons.
I saw this:

How is this accomplished please? I just modified one of my fully proficient weapon points to only 2, my weapon is ruined, please help me!
how did you unlock the locked portions?? i have unlimited mastery points but you cant buy the locked ones on the other row, how did you do that?

There is a mod to unlock all armors on Nexus Mods.
"Instant Armor Unlock - Customize Without Limits"
It's temporary
well, I'm playing RUNE version and it works fine, can't say what happens in the store version.

I did 4 classes in 3.5 hours. The fact that you need to do that 1 time for each class is beyond worth it imo.

Try another method. If you don't have green set unlocked, look for default one and see how many green pieces it has. For example Vanguard has like 4 or 5 green armor pieces by default, then you look at green set for 7 victories and check which pieces will be unlocked, then you check which one have unlocked, if you have any green pieces left to unlock- look how many wins you need and subtract that number with 7. I really don't know how to describe it better, try to remember how many times you've played on this class. I wasted like 2 hours on my Assault class today because I miscalculated amount of victories, from then it was a matter of trial and error to figure this out.

The addresses for the below classes in my case are as follows - not sure if this is useful to anyone, perhaps one can establish any offsets to the classes, to derive all the class addresses based off 1, instead of tediously finding them individually.

Assault = 219B0C11BB8
Vanguard = 219B4BCC018
Bulwark = 219B6023958
Sniper = 219B6022998
Heavy = 219B6023B58

Thanks to you, I was able to find a way to lvl up classes. All you need to do is find class xp, change it to something like 736001 (92000*8+1, but it's overkill) and gain some xp on the mission (can complete only 1 objective and fail mission), by the end of it you will have your 25lvl
how do you find class xp, when the class lv up it reset to 0
XP is actually even easier to do if you use groupscan.
First you need to at least play a game with your class to have some level and xp to work with, take note of your level and current xp.
Then go to CE and set your scan type to group scan, input 4:X w:4 4:Y. X is your level minus one then *8+1, and Y is your xp*8+1.

For example, if you're level 2 with 100 xp, your scan command will be 4:9 w:4 4:801.

Hit scan and you'll basically have your result almost immediately, the last address is your class xp, just change it to any amount you like, play a game and let it update.
Spoiler
I was able to figure out how to edit the level of the class and the exp the class currently has. The issue I'm running into is that, for example, if I was lvl 20 in a class and I wanted it to go to max lvl 25, I change the level to lvl24 and the exp to 1700 (takes 1800exp total to level up), played a low level mission, finished it, got to max lvl of 25, but then my class perks from lvl 21 to lvl 24 did not unlock. Only Lvl 25 perk did unlock from this method.
So how exactly do I make it so all the class perks are going to unlock all at the same time when I do a class that's like level 1 or 2? Or is that not possible, and you have to lvl per mission one at a time for 25 missions?
EDIT: I'm an idiot. I was not supposed to alter the level, I was only supposed to enter in a huge number for exp, and then do an easy mission, and then it levels me to max lvl 25 on it's own

Example:
I got Address A and Address B for the coins. I check the memory region and see that Address A+8 matches my green data value, that mean A+8/B-18 is for green data, A+16/B-36 is for purple, A+24/B-54 is for gold data. Your final result will look like this:
Image

Also weapon perk points and weapon xp are super easy to do as well. Both are stored in the x*8+1 format as well, so all you need to do is searching for your perk point address, offset by -8 is your weapon xp address.
I was able to change my coins perfectly fine following your example.

Armory data doesn't quite work. The + offsets are correct and changing them does make my client think I have the currency, but spending them makes my game crash and simply quitting the game resets them again (not the coins though).
Has something changed in 2.1?
Do I have to change the green- too? What is it even good for? The value doesn't correspond to the ingame or green+ value.

Thank you so far. Great stuff

Edit: Disregard that. I was stupid and did -16 instead of -18. Works perfectly fine and even online.

Edit 2: The 4:X w:4 4:Y group search for class level also works. Restart your game to unlock the perks.
