Great video mate, I did that earlier as you state on the video, and worked, got 10 purple, 10 gold, however I did exit the game and launched it again but now I got 0 purples and 0 gold... how did you manage to get them saved?dysgraced wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 6:52 pmHere is a video showing how it's done.Woxjee wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 3:23 pmAny chance we could get that video for dummies?dysgraced wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 3:00 am
I am getting offline for the night, but I will make a video tomorrow and show how it's done with CE. There is also a way to edit values for weapon mastery points (weapon perks) as well as the actual weapon XP. It's all fairly simple once you find the right addresses.
I am following this step by step, using chatgpt for hexadecimal calculator.
1. Find currency (multiply by 8, add 1)
2. Spend currency, repeat step 1.
3. Bring addresses down again. Add +8 to the first one, -16 for the second one.
Doesn't seem to be working for me.

Yeah I am not entirely sure. I tried to replicate it with having zero values for the Armoury Data, but it still worked for me as it normally would have, the value just shows a 1.Woxjee wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:41 pmOk Im hella confused. I just did this on another account, following the EXACT same way having 0 of all materials, and it worked like a charm first try.
Re: Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Trainer
For me, I spent 1 of each data before I exited game, but I am not sure if that was what saved it. Like when you edit currency, you have to spend something to get the true value to be displayed. Not sure if that is what made it stick, but that's all I did was just spend 1 of each after changing.p1tbull wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:44 pmGreat video mate, I did that earlier as you state on the video, and worked, got 10 purple, 10 gold, however I did exit the game and launched it again but now I got 0 purples and 0 gold... how did you manage to get them saved?dysgraced wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 6:52 pmHere is a video showing how it's done.Woxjee wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 3:23 pm

Just tried it again, same result. Not sure what I am doing wrong, but the values are not matching with the green currencies. I was able to change the cash no problem, but it won't work for weapon data for whatever reason.

Are you sure that you are offsetting the correct addresses?Laila Bloodrose wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:50 pmJust tried it again, same result. For instance:
You find currency values, 2 addresses... we will call them A and B.
A will be your first value and should end in a zero. This will always be a positive offset.
B will be the second currency value and end in 8. This will always be a negative offset.

Re: Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Trainer
Yup. As I said, I followed the video to the letter, step by step. I did NOTHING extra. I was able to change the cash to buy skins, but everything else would come out as weird values that did NOT match the formula. For whatever reason, my weapon currencies do not match up with what is shown.dysgraced wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:55 pmAre you sure that you are offsetting the correct addresses?Laila Bloodrose wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 7:50 pmJust tried it again, same result. Damn, I do know someone earlier in this thread was saying their offsets were different. Maybe it could be a different address for different users. Not entirely sure.Laila Bloodrose wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 8:02 pmYup. As I said, I followed the video to the letter, step by step. I did NOTHING extra. The Group scan method someone mentioned on here worked perfectly.Laila Bloodrose wrote: ↑Mon Sep 09, 2024 8:02 pmYup. As I said, I followed the video to the letter, step by step. I did NOTHING extra. Also, putting a point in mastery and refunding it until you get the adress and then just -8 the adress works perfectly fine for weapon exp. You have to do it for every weapon tho. But it only takes 10 seconds

Thank you so much for your effort gyus. Is there a possibility to add a no recoil and a super accuracy option? Please?

Re: Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 Trainer
In theory, how might weapon damage, rate of fire, or hammer strike speed be determined in the game? It would be fun to kill Chaos and Tyranids with a melta gun that has maximum rate of fire...
I tried searching for values that are multiples of 8 plus or minus 1, but couldn't find any matches. I attempted filtering out unknowns and only got large numbers, which I ran through HEX and DEX conversions.
From what I was able to figure out:
For a damage value of 3
HEX is 4800003
DEX is 75497475
And if the damage value is 15
HEX is B800003
DEX is 192937987
The other data is lost, but there was a clear correlation between the damage strength and the DEX value which makes sense when viewed in HEX format.
It would definitely be exciting to max out the fire rate on powerful weapons like melta guns to obliterate Chaos and Tyranid enemies! The damage potential could be insane. I imagine the developers put some thought into balancing the various weapon attributes like damage output, rate of fire, reload speed, etc. to keep things challenging but not totally overpowered. It will be interesting to see what combinations of stats are possible to achieve through modding the game values, even if it breaks the intended balance.
