I need help with figuring out how to alter the values for the Celestial Medicines in order to have permanent stat upgrades. I am unable to narrow it down as CE gives me a list of 8-10 values no matter how many scans I do.

It's extremely simple, if you got 8-10 values, then change these values? I also got 10 values once and changed ALL of them, just make sure to backup your save, just in case.
