Unlimited Health and Stamina dont seem to work, plus the Trainer keeps crashing the game
Are you keeping "Free Craft" enabled? The instructions tell you not to due to crashing. As for the other two options, this is a bug and will be fixed shortly.

I changed the way the trainer works and haven't had any issues in the last update.

This game in particular is giving me a headache. These unreal engine games (more specifically 5.3 and above) seem to be rather annoying to manipulate.

Nope, they use the same elements. Same as all trainer programs out there.
