The above is an existing one, but dosen't have the one I actually need.

The whole ideea with no maintance is because after 30 hours or so of playing Sandbox, I notice that I end up wasting waiting for funds to build up, but since maintanace keep deductin my funds, casing to waste real life time for no reason other then "game mecaniscs". As in, sometimes, I need to wait half an hours, on more rare occasion 1 - 2 hours. And this hours could easily be cut down by 20% if not even more without said charges that don't help in any way other then being a penalty to make game more realistic... A realistic feature that is not justifing wasting hours of real life. And of course, the infinite money and similar just ruins the game....
