I just tried it and it only works visually. I still end up dying as if my health went to 0. The numbers don’t drop but visually

Interesting, since this is a community trainer we can't guarantee the quality is up to our standards. However, I will look into the game and make a new WORKING trainer.

Yeah I tested the trainer on Nightmare difficulty since I thought that would be the best way to try a damage blocker cheat. I’m not sure if the infinite ammo cheat works but it would probably a good idea to purposely run out of ammo and see if it automatically changes weapons without the numbers going down

I also died on nightmare too a couple of times by two imps on the second level of Doom 1. Seems if you get continued damage, or suffer enough damage, you die despite UI saying you have full health and armor. To test this don't fire back and allow enemies to fire at you. Other options work for me including ammo but only tested with pistol and shotgun.

I did exactly that the second time. I didn’t fire back and just let them kill me. Seems that their needs to be a cheat that mimics god mode instead of infinite health
