^@ Galpslap AND anbno86 AND others: stop requoting whole posts for no reason (but lazyness). Either just post your issue, or refer to poster's avatar ! You guys just added ANOTHER (1/2) page to this topic with 0 content... And then they wonder why nobody takes the effort to read any of them pages... jeez

@ Galpslap: "compiled Cheat Engine": i've never done this in my life, and probably never will. Why did you compile the exe yourself, if you can just download it from CE forum directly (and skip them "addons" in the process) ?
=> So, my 1st suggestion would be to just do that, and try again... (but first remove prev installment completely !)
The 2nd thing that comes up: are you using DarkMode ? Or have set some specific windows colors, causing certain text not to be displayed ? (at 1st sight you did not since you/I can still see the lists (seperate window) in full)
=> if so, check out pg 2...

How to use this cheat table?
  1. Install Cheat Engine
  2. Double-click the .CT file in order to open it.
  3. Click the PC icon in Cheat Engine in order to select the game process.
  4. Keep the list.
  5. Activate the trainer options by checking boxes or setting values from 0 to 1

@Paul44 thanks my issue post was self contained and not a quote of another user's post. I went wrong when I answered another user's unrelated post/question and quoted their question in my response. I wasn't aware of the quoting etiquette here, but I am now though.

I was afraid someone would flag me compiling Cheat Engine as the issue. I saw some posts online about the installer having adware and to compile it yourself to avoid issues. I will grab the Standard Cheat Engine installer from the site and will try that. I will comment later if that fixes it, should someone else have the same issue.

The cheat table is working for me now.

I encountered a new issue that another user reported ( AJWuk on page 6). Where you can edit the first prism you want fine, but further prisms fail to save the IDs after you change them. I found If I equipped a prism I did not want to edit, I could edit the prism I actually wanted to edit, as long as it was currently not equipped. Unsure if this is unique to my setup.

^ let's agree that "this prism editing" is not the way the game manages this, right ? :ph34r:
So, yeah, expect some bizar behaviorism here. I have no intention to dig into this, but perhaps 1 tip: when finished editing your currently selected prism, just return to main menu and back. This way you'll save its "status" (especially when changing them ids) and THEN select your next prism and edit/save accordingly...

-EDIT- (see #Galpslap post above)
Summary: if you can not edit/update your currently selected prism, then simply deselect that prism first (or equip another one).
THEN edit thàt particular prism as you please, and goto main menu and back...
=> will update my Readme accordingly.

Yep I am good. :)The table works. You have saved me weeks of grinding like a mad man.
If someone else has the same issue they can try what I did, because the issue persisted even though I saved and returned to the main menu after every edit action.

Just want to verify, there is no way to delete a quest item with the script? I had the falein and farein quest masks items but had infinite consumables enabled for ammo and when I finished the boss fight I noticed they were still there and they aren't listed in the inventory part of the CT. I am trying not to restore from an older backup save if possible, but I just might have to.

^if these appear in the 'Full Inventory' list, then you "can" have them removed. do as follows:
1. double-click '<script>' tag, and change [local bShowAll = false] to [local bShowAll = true] (press [ok] at bottom)
2. run full inventory, find those 2 items and set 'Quantity' to '0' (you know have the 'Folder icon' to do that)
3. when you check Character (i'm assuming they exist there), they should have been removed ?!
(i have done this a few times for testing purposes, but always restored save. iow no idea about possible consequences while progressing)

=> in case you are wondering: yep, have a save_backup at hand...
ps: it might also be possible to do this via the console, but no idea how to do that

Wrong place, Paul's table doesn't include any ways to spawn items. If you watch my previous (two) videos, i put the tools i used on the description, including the 'tool' i used to spawn items.

Ive sucessfully edited my prism once, but when I'm trying again, the segments discription has an error variation like this when I try to change the fragments.

<?bolor_Fresneld?b_UV_Index_1_T1?BumpOffsetombo?UV_Tile_T2?b_UV_Scale_U_Dynamic_T1?Xb_Dynamic_FlickerA?b_Use_T1_For_T2

I've tried all the above methods like unequiping/equiping a different prism, save quiting after editing but to no avail.
Anyone have any insight?

^ yep, you've entered the wrong nameID. (you can thank the devteam for not crashing here !)
i think of 2 ways to solve this:
1. edit that line and change it to a correct nameId (start with a "normal" fragment)
2. cleanse the prism, and start over.
=> in both cases, perform a "force save" regularly...

3 ways actually: restore your last save_backup...

ps: you can use the nameLookup with that Id to see what it returns as descriptive.

^instead of reporting "half" of the error, you should give it completely (better still, link an image of the error).
Also: which vs of the game/table/win os/ etc
