You have to do some things in the game for Ryujinx to compile the code necessary for the AOB to be found. However, Ryujinx uses cache, so it remembers things once you've done them one time in the game. Generally you need to view your HP in the main status area and then also get into a battle and take damage. The Bag Item Gain requires you to place a new item in the bag and also place an item that is already in the bag again.
This requires default settings in Ryujinx, so memory type needs to be host (unchecked). I'm not sure how many will need this table, but I had one user highly request it, so I know at least one person will use it.
Please let me know of any issues you have.

[*]Current HP Character 1

[*]Current HP Character 3
[*]Current HP Character 4
[*]Current MP Character 1
[*]Current MP Character 2
[*]Current MP Character 3
[*]Current MP Character 4
EDIT 1.5:
Some users cannot get Damage Mod to turn on even after taking damage. This is probably due to variances Ryujinx does when compiling the code to use. I added another option for Infinite HP when this occurs.
[*]Infinite HP (Use If Damage Mod Doesn't Work For You)
EDIT 2.0:
I thought I would add a few more options for those that might not like to cheat that much (not using damage mod). I added MP Damage Multipliers if you wish to make spells cost half as much, etc. I also added an option to simulate staying at the inn and using a prayer ring on everyone. Enjoy!
[*]Hero MP Damage Multiplier
[*]Hero MP Healing Multiplier
[*]Simulate Staying At Inn (Restore ALL HP/MP)
[*]Simulate Prayer Ring Use On Everyone (Restore 20 MP)
EDIT 2.1:
I had a bug in Damage Mod that was crashing the game in the last update to the table. I think I have it fixed now.
EDIT 2.5:
After playing the game a little while, Ryujinx decides to change the AOB on Damage Mod and Bag Item Gain. I remember it does this in other games also (changes things after playing some time from beginning). I added 3.2 and 4.2 Activate Trainers to account for this. Hopefully this works better for everyone.
[*]Activate Trainer 3.1 (Controls Damage Modifier) (Either 3.1 or 3.2 will activate)
[*]Activate Trainer 3.2 (Controls Damage Modifier) (Either 3.1 or 3.2 will activate)
[*]Activate Trainer 4.1 (Controls Bag Item Gain Multiplier) (Either 4.1 or 4.2 will activate)
[*]Activate Trainer 4.2 (Controls Bag Item Gain Multiplier) (Either 4.1 or 4.2 will activate)
EDIT 3.0:
I was able to play through the main game successfully with the table. I didn't do post game, but it should still work fine there. I thought it might be good to be able to get all those post game items near beginning of game instead of near the end of it, so I added the following:
[*]Bag Slot 1 Item ID
[*]Bag Slot 1 Qty
I also added the item id list in the table, so you can just buy medicinal herbs and put them in the bag and change it to whatever you need and repeat as necessary for all the items you want to have early. Enjoy!
EDIT 3.1:
I added some descriptions to some items that can be used in battle to cast a spell, etc to make things a bit easier if you don't know what each item does.
