i dont have a table but u can achieve all and more except for unlimited stamina by using the following commands in order

/gamemode 2
^^^
this sets the game to creative

/dev
^^^
toggles developer mode

/re
^^^
displays some super secret items that havent been release to public

ive found some extra stuff that might be of interest

while holding no tools (or an empty slot) use ctrl+click to select a spot and do the same elsewhere to define a zone which u can use the following command:

/set block_id material_id direction

as far as im aware direction does nothing so use 0. but I've found there are several types of terrain that u can use by doing something like

/set 216 2 0

216 is ground block 2 is a material id

i dont have a list of block ids or material ids so some experimentation is required
