Other Info: There's already a cheat table (viewtopic.php?t=1231) that pretty much includes everything except this specific function. It actually has the more tedious option of "forcing to drop items from the Steal slots (slot 1 is common, slot 2 is rare) when the Drop slots of the enemies slain are empty" yet the simpler "Rare Steal Success" option is somehow not included in the CT. Would appreciate if someone could take a look into this.
