Hey, if some devs are interested we could literaly bypass everything by "just" rebuilding an alternative selfhosted (but maybe with a public server) game api needing only to add dns server to any device for the game to work.
I'm still analysing the game's trafic for now but the game is mostly already working without any api. I don't think that this would be a very hard task.
