Delete all Charles config and do only steps 1, 2 and 3 and after that do the guide Optional Steps for accessing the game with a banned account with Charles
Also check game files on steam and see if the network error still shows.

Thank you for all the help I already did what you guys suggest I even checked game files on steam and I'm using original game files unfortunately there's still network error.

Try turn off charles, unsinstall the game and delete the game folder, install the game and run game without charles, you should get the ban message.

My PNK-Version 3.0.2 and the rewrite version and hashes are Match: 2.0.5 and Replace: 2.0.7 but still saying network error. uninstall the game and delete the game folder then run game without Charles to get the ban message then used Charles but still got network error. You’re doing it wrong, read this section “ Optional Steps for accessing the game with a banned account with Charles” on page 1

I already did that. As a matter of fact my banned account using Charles worked perfectly fine last week but yesterday until today it doesn't work anymore. It keeps on saying network error. I didn't change anything and all necessary setting are turned on.

Your talking about PNK-Version 3.0.2 and hashes...that stop working so delete it or dont turn it on in charles! you only need ban bypass on in charles

Use Only For Banned account(not tested for normal players)
Bypassed real currencies for Gems.

I tried it with "Good" account and it totally works but don't be too greedy if you don't want to get "Banned" of your "Good" account.

In fact, in this game, we only fight against AI, and the good things are only pictures/clips, so we dont mind about banned or not. We just hope they wont patch the last hole (play w/ banned account).
