Import it, only choose "unban_2" on charles. Then use newest version 3.0.0 game. You also won't be able to use any cheats because it's not version 2.0.5
Btw, quest time no longer countdown on version 3.0.0 then you cannot do quest, game time still normal.

You can still join the Alliance, but you won't be able to do quests after you get ban.
