I have made a table that meets most of your criteria.

Infinite HP is a little annoying but mostly works. (Currently, you can still be 1-shot killed)
Infinite Hearts works.
Always Full Kinship works.
It doesn't have an infinite XP cheat, but you can give yourself as many Ancient Panacea as you want.
You can give yourself up to 999 of any healing, support, or material item. You are still limited by the number of items you can use in one battle. I will work on battle items not decreasing when I get a chance.

The table can also edit monstie genes and set the ATK, DEF, and SPD of monsties.
