[Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
Tried it again with Vina Raga and my ice skills actually crit. Seems like dawn of demise is bugged or there's a hidden flag for it.
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
is it possible to change the alignment Law/Chaos of Nahobino so that we don't stress over the choices we make ?
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
When you say that Dawn of Demise doesn't work, what do you mean exactly, meaning, what did you test? The description could be interpreted as meaning that only allies get the pierce effect. Not even them got it?

Update 9: Reuploaded cheat table with the corrected version.
Update 8: Added Skill Potential Sutra Used for each of the Demons in the party and in the Compendium.
Update 7: Added the Addresses to unlock Mircales.
Update 6:Added the address for Innate Skill. Cleaned up skill list and seperate out innate skills to a different list.
Update 5: Cleaned up the Skill list. Also added the previous raw Skill ID list that I've been working on in the Table's Extra, if anybody wants to play around with that.
Update 4: Cleaned up the Skill list, removed the majority of Enemy and Boss skills(including duplicates)
Update 3:Added an address for the Magatsuhi bar. Added an section to quick register all the Demons in the Compendium, just note that all the custom version will be lv 0 with no skills until you reregister the Original version or a new version.
Update 2:Added addresses for the Demon Compendium and also cleaned up the Demon ID list.
Update 1: updated the pointer address to something probably more stable. Added more addresses for MC editing and Demon in stock
Here are some quick pointers, haven't done the full tests to see if they are 100% correct yet.
Would you mind please upload the trainer with Enemy and Boss skill again? I would like to check and play with it.
Thank you very much.

Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
Is there just a plain list of all skills (Internal, Normal, Enemy/Boss)?
I'm checking out both Ryujinx and Steam versions and see what I can find.
Thank you!

Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
Yeah, I tried it on Mitama and some demons with repels/resist but the enemy will still reflect/resist it even with Dawn of Demise on.
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
It seems just normal attacks pierce with that skill.
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
One small note: there are 4 difficulties, not 3. Hard, Normal, Casual and Safety. For the last one, I think you need a free dlc.wepon1984 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 9:19 amUpdate 10: Added flag address for Mimans

Also, would it be possible to edit the Alignment of the MC in the current playthrough (Chaos, Law, Neutral)? It would be useful for a lot of things.
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
Thanks for the updates, anyway could you add NPC/Guest/Boss demon to compendium, like True Lucifer (Light and Dark), Tiamat, Demi-Fiend, Shohei Yakumo Etc. With their skills.wepon1984 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 9:19 amUpdate 11: Added flags for Miman Markers on map.
Also added what I'm assuming are the flags for every dialogue choice, this is a work in progress as there is no way to check whether the flag is true unless you actively trigger it in the game. This seems to be the only way to change Alignments as there does not seem to be any single address value there will instantly switch you between Law, Chaos, or Neutral.

Great changes! One small note: I think the "Explain the situation" flag ended up in the wrong place on the table.wepon1984 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 9:19 amUpdate 12: Updated several Canon of Creation Alignment flags which should help you with switching alignments. Just some notes, it appears innate skill editing are hardlocked ingame or something because changing it on demons doesn't work. For example, "Dawn of Demise", an ability that allows one to pierce, doesn't trigger; "Affable Hospitality" doesn't spread buffs, etc.
Also, for some reason, editing potentials doesn't stick, unless the demon can naturally upgrade those. And there is a quirk with directly changing resists by editing a skill to add a resist, it doesn't seem to apply to the demon. Luckily, infinitely replenishing essences can easily make up for it.
And a PSA: do NOT try to put the old Estoma on a demon and use it! It may prevent you from ever turning it off again through the field action which means your basically stopping all random encounters. You may be softlocked from certain side quests that require battle drops. It doesn't matter if you're speedrunning the main story only, but I'm not sure if I would try it for fear of carrying it through to a new game plus. It's annoying but what can you do. Stick to the infinite magatsuhi.
Still great work, nonetheless, especially with unlocking miracles and editing normal skills and such.
Re: [Request] Shin Megami Tensei V Vengeance
It's not true that innate skill editing doesn't work. It's already been discussed on this thread. At least some of them clearly work.Gargrim wrote: ↑Wed Jun 19, 2024 2:06 pmHi, great work on the table and thank you.wepon1984 wrote: ↑Fri Jun 14, 2024 9:19 amUpdate 12: Updated several Canon of Creation Alignment flags which should help you with switching alignments. Hi! Thank you for the cheat table. Is it possible to edit the demon's weaknesses and strengths? If so, how can I do it?
